<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam discharging device to be attached to a cookware cover made of cast or the like to solve the problem that: seasoning and the like contained in steam discharged through steam discharging means equipped for a cookware cover made of cast or the like enters among components comprising the steam discharging means, so that insanitation problems, and difficulties in operating the steam discharging means occur, and to reduce the number of components for assembling the steam discharging device.SOLUTION: A handle lever is formed above the center of the cookware cover 10 made of glass or cast, and an additional discharge port 12 is formed in an outer side of a junction port. The junction port is sealed tightly, so that the junction of the handle is realized. Steam mixed with seasoning produced during cooking can be discharged only through the discharge port 12, so that an opening and closing plate 30 with a discharge part formed below the handle lever is rotated to open and close the discharge port 12. A display part for guiding the opening and closing of the discharge port 12 is formed to allow for simplified alignment with the correct position.</p> |
