The present invention relates to a shell crusher capable of efficiently crushing and separating targets to be crushed (shells and coated strands). The shell crusher includes: a drum housing which has an opening penetrating from the inside to the outside at one side to discharge coated strands; a punching net which is combined inside the housing; and a rotation drum which is placed in a space formed by the housing and the punching net and crushes inserted shells. The shell crusher further includes a selection unit which is combined to one side of the drum housing on which the opening is formed at a certain angle (D) for the shells not to be discharged while being crushed and discharges the coated strands (2) to the outside. By providing the solution described above, the present invention prevents the coated strands from being twisted or intertwined while the shell crusher is crushing the shells and separating the coated strands, thereby improving the durability of the shell crusher and reducing maintenance costs. Also, as the coated strands are discharged fast after being injected even if the length of the rotation drum is short, the size of the shell crusher can be reduced. Furthermore, since the selection unit is inclined, the shells are not discharged through the opening.
