According to an embodiment, the present invention comprises: a receiver control unit (210) for controlling the receiving function while transmitting several requests to the portable digital broadcast receiving device as a broadcast playing device interlocked with the portable digital broadcast receiving device having multiple tuners; a broadcast watching request message provision unit (220) for producing a broadcast watching request message after receiving channel selection information and setting of a user after collecting multimedia playing abilities of a smart device; a broadcast receiving/playing control unit (230) for controlling function of receiving and playing one or more low-definition broadcast stream and high-definition broadcast stream transmitted from the portable digital broadcast receiving device; and a UI control unit (240) for controlling functions of receiving touch input by a user and displaying several UI required for operating the broadcast playing device on a touch screen of a smart device.
