PURPOSE:To compose and unify optical parts and to simplify and miniaturize its constitution by cutting and grinding the central part of a glass cylinder of which one end is plane and the other is spherical at the angle of 45 deg. against the central axis to form a dielectric multilayered film and then adhering these cut parts in one body. CONSTITUTION:After forming a dielectric multilayered film 13 by cutting and grinding a glass cylinder of which one end is plane and the other is spherical at the angle of 45 deg. against the central part, parts 11 and 12 are adhered in one body. The part 12, the multilayered film 13 and the part 11 form a collimating lens, a polarizing beam splitter and a cylindrical lens respectively. Thus, these optical parts are unified, producing a miniaturized composite optical parts with simple structure. |
