<p>Abstract Provides a sulfur mud and sulfur paste conversion device and conversion technology. This sulfur mud and sulfur paste conversion device includes housing, base support welded under the housing and furnace gas exit on the top surface of shell; the upper part of housing feed end has the feed inlet on which a feeder is mounted; the bottom of housing slag-out end has the slag outlet on which a water seal device is mounted. This sulfur mud and sulfur paste conversion technology includes the following steps:(1) Firstly, sulfur mud and sulfur paste are dried to the water content of less than 8%;(2) The dried sulfur mud and sulfur paste are transported to the feed inlet of conversion device by the feeder, then sulfur mud and sulfur paste are distributed on fixed fire grate segment and moving fire grate segment; (3) bits of wood are ignited by naked flame to make the temperature inside the housing increase to that can ignite the sulfur mud and sulfur paste. The present invention belongs to the technological field of desulphurization byproduct processing, This processing technology is simple and practicable and can fully utilize sulfur mud and sulfur paste to the maximum limit with low production cost.</p> |
