The purpose of the present invention is to establish, by a user, an instant messenger session with a manufacturing company or distributor of a product using tag information stored in the product and actively obtain desired information through a messenger. To this end, provided is a system using an instant messenger using tag information, including: a first terminal that reads information stored in a tag, analyzes the information, and transmits an information ID to a control server; the control server that analyzes the information ID received from the first terminal, detects a second terminal that is an instant messenger connection target, and establishes the instant messenger session to the first terminal and the second terminal; and the second terminal that transceives messenger information through the instant messenger session established with the first terminal. |
