PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack having a large cell loadage per unit volume and capable of being packaged with high density, and a secondary battery device provided with the same.SOLUTION: In a battery pack of a secondary battery device, a cell unit C in which a plurality of secondary battery single cells 12, each having a body generally shaped like a rectangular parallelepiped and both poles 32a, 32b led out from one end of the body, are arranged in such a way that when a virtual line passing through the both poles of each of the single cells is drawn, the virtual lines of adjacent cells are parallel, and that the one ends from which the both poles are led out face the same direction, a plurality of said units being juxtaposed, in which configuration each of prescribed poles of a prescribed cell unit and each of poles, opposite to the prescribed pole, of another cell unit juxtaposed to this prescribed cell unit are connected in a row with a bus bar 78. Each of the plurality of single cells 12 have a cathode terminal 32a and an anode terminal 32b, and are accommodated side by side in a case 10. |
