摘要 Provided is an artificial blood vessel, which can be transplanted to a blood vessel having a small diameter, the diameter of which can be arbitrarily set, which has improved invasiveness when a graft is harvested and, therefore, which overcomes the problem on graft supply. The artificial blood vessel, which is configured from a decellularized tubular structure, said decellularized tubular structure being prepared by shaping a sheet-shaped decellularized blood vessel (a decellularized blood vessel sheet) into a roll structure, and an adhesive for living tissues, wherein, in the artificial blood vessel, a part to be in contact with blood that flows within the artificial blood vessel is formed of an inner membrane tissue that is lined with a medium membrane tissue, a part (a sticking part) where the sheet overlaps in shaping the sheet into a roll structure is formed of the medium membrane tissue, and the whole sticking part is coated with the adhesive for living tissues.
