In a system for improving the performance of a school zone CCTV surveillance device, an integrated control server stores photographed images, color still images, and perspective still images provided by a tracking surveillance camera, and transmits photographed images provided by an omnidirectional surveillance camera to a main server in an integrated security center through a network. The integrated control server extracts the faces of people from the photographed images, extracts the contours of the faces through a face recognition program, encrypts the coordinates of the contours, and transmits only the encryption codes to the main server in the integrated security center. The main server in the integrated security center compares the encryption codes with the facial contour coordinates of wanted criminals and sex offenders, and generates an event and pops up an event recording video on an integrated security center monitor, when the encryption codes match the facial contour coordinates. |
