PURPOSE: An L-type side block for early stage processing of nonpoint contaminants and a purifying system using the same are provided to innovatively prevent an existing drainage facility, a river, or a farmland from being contaminated. CONSTITUTION: An L-type side block for early stage processing of nonpoint contaminants includes a water channel (11) of which the upper part is open. A drain (31) is formed along a water channel on the bottom facing the water channel. An inlet opening the front of the drain is formed on the front surface of the L-type side block at an unselective gap.
