PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production management device automatically determining the priority order of a process to be assisted even in a case where troubles occur in a plurality of processes, and a production management method.SOLUTION: A production management device includes: notification means arranged in each process of a production line comprising a plurality of processes and performing an assistance request of work; recording means recording past stop time in each process; priority order creation means calculating stop prospective time by reading out from the recording means past stop time of a process in which there was an assistance request from the notification means, and creating the priority order for assistance of the process in which there was an assistance request; and report means reporting a process to be assisted according to the priority order created by the priority order creation means. |
