The present invention relates to an SOBP obtaining system and a control method thereof. The method for controlling the SOBP obtaining system according to the present invention includes: a first step of enabling an SOBP obtaining server to generate a 3D model using 2D tomogram data; a second step of enabling the SOBP obtaining server to generate beam radiation planning by applying a FIT function formed with a ratio of a dose amount applied to a tumor cell regarding a dose amount applied to a normal cell to the generated 3D model; a third step of enabling the SOBP obtaining server to simulate the generated beam radiation planning; and a fourth step of enabling the SOBP obtaining server to provide the simulation result.
