<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a joint part inspection method for a pipe assembly capable of increasing the reliability of a quality inspection for the pipe assembly by accurately measuring the degree of blockage of a connection part between a pipe and a hose or a joint part between the pipes, and minimizing the economic loss by determining the joint part as an available product even when the joint part is partially blocked. The joint part inspection method of the pipe assembly inputs a minimum discharge flow rate of the available pipe assembly as a lower threshold value to a pressure sensor measuring a flow rate at a discharge side of the pipe assembly, and determines the pipe assembly as a defective product not functioning properly with the junction part blocked over a reference value when the discharge flow rate detected in the pressure sensor is under the low threshold value or as a good product when the discharge flow rate is over the low threshold value.</p> |
