Disclosed is a method for producing a chiral naphtoquinone derivative. In the present invention aβ,γ-unsaturated-α-keto ester derivative is reacted with 2-hydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinon under the presence of a chiral organic catalyst. Using a chiral organic catalyst which is stable in air or moisture and can be easily handled, a chiral naphtoquinone derivative can be efficiently produced. |
