According to an aspect of the present invention, a diaphragm seated in a valve having a bonnet (12) and a compressor (13) on a body (11) to regulate fluid flow is characterized in that a capsule-type diaphragm (40) is formed by heat welding a rubber diaphragm (20) as a whole between an upper coating sheet (31) and a lower coating sheet (32). Therefore, the diaphragm improves durability by securing stable blocking ability for various solvents and special chemicals, and delaying hardening of rubber and weakening in flexibility under relatively high-temperature environments. |
