A device and a method for electric pressure welding, and a system using the same are provided. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the device for electric pressure welding comprises a clamp clamping materials being bonded; a welding transformer supplying current required to bond the metal materials; and an upset cylinder making the bonding surfaces of the metal materials repeatedly come in close contact with each other and separated from each other. The upset cylinder bonds the metal material by moving the metal material forward to pressurize the bonding surfaces in case the bonding surfaces of the metal materials are melt.
