PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic molding which is excellent in water draining property and stain-resistance, which has few problem that a surface, for example in the case of a ceramic protecting board, is stained by a corrosive material, which has a long life, where the amounts of used water and consumed electric power are suppressed when used, for example, for a dish washer and where energy consumption in a using step is little. SOLUTION: A water-repellent and stain-resistant ceramic is a ceramic baked molding where the surface of a ceramic green body is performed by a water-repellent treatment with a water-repellent material after the ceramic green body is baked and which has the shape of a surface where a plurality of 1/15-1/3 spherical projected parts having a diameter of a bottom surface of 0.8-3.4 mm are arranged so as to be in contact with the respective circumferences of the bottom surface or a plurality of the projected parts are arranged so as to be separated mutually at intervals up to the half of the diameter of the bottom surface.
