Disclosed is a golf device for exercise, capable of allowing left and right hands to move freely each other to perform a natural swing operation; providing a stable posture; having a stable and long-lasting structure; and allowing various golfers to use one golf club by variably configuring the weight of the head corresponding to golfers of all ages and both sexes having various forces. The golf device for exercise comprises: a shaft; a weight part provided at one side in an axial direction of the shaft; and a fixing grip provide at the other side in the axial direction of the shaft, wherein a movable grip is formed to be able to slide in the axial direction along the shaft between the weight part and the fixing grip. Thus, the golf device for exercise can perform a natural swing operation through the constitutions of the fixing grip and the movable grip; provide a stable posture; prevent the hand fretum at the time of swing through ring structures at the end portions of the grips; have a stable and long-lasting structure, and easily control the weight through a simple structure, thereby allowing various golfers to use one golf club by variably configuring the weight of the head corresponding to golfers of all ages and both sexes having different forces. |
