The present invention relates to an apparatus for corrugating a smooth pipe (1) which is made of metal and forms a waveform which is extended to a longitudinal direction with regard to the vertical direction of a pipe which has a waver crest and a wafer trough which are extended from the circumference direction of the pipe. The present invention provides a guide bushing which includes a corrugating unit (2) which rotates at working position in the circumference direction and has a protrusion part which forms the waveform and guides the smooth pipe which moves in the vertical direction. The corrugating apparatus has a support bushing (7) which is placed in back of the corrugating unit (2). The support bushing tightly surrounds a waveform pipe (6) away from the corrugating unit in a drawing direction without preventing damage when the pipe moves in the vertical direction.
