The invention relates to single unit dosage pharmaceutical formulations comprising sevelamer or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a fat soluble vitamin such as A, D, E, K or their analogues or mixtures thereof as well as methods of manufacturing of monolithic tablet, bilayer tablet, tablet in tablet, in lay tablet, granules in sachet, coated core tablet forms by achieving targeted content uniformity and patient compliance.
