The present invention provides energy simulation modeling for a building including a building energy management system (BEMS) construction model, and a validation method. In particular, a heat source system is omitted, a modeling for each floor is provided, or a modeling for each zone is provided. In addition, a validation method for the constructed building energy simulation model is provided. It is preferable to use an aggregated heat load for the validation method, and the aggregated heat load can be assumed to be a method using an optimization technique or the Kalman filter. |
