The present invention relates to a method for producing a luteolin mixed composition having improved in vivo anti-inflammatory properties by adding a compound including a catechol group represented by chemical formula 1 as a functional group to luteolin. According to the present invention, provided are a method for producing a mixed composition which mixes a natural compound having a particular structure as a competitor of in vivo luteolin metabolism to improve the in vivo anti-inflammatory properties of luteolin, and a luteolin mixed composition having improved in vivo anti-inflammatory properties produced by the producing method. |
