The present invention relates to an apparatus for forming a sunroof panel rail which bends a sunroof panel rail into a curved shape. The apparatus of the present invention includes a top part having a groove formed on the bottom; a bottom part having a groove formed on the top facing the top part; and a position setting part having one end located in the groove of the bottom part. When the rail is placed in the groove of the bottom part, the length of the rail becomes shorter than the length of the bottom part. If both ends of the rail in length direction do not deviate from the bottom part, one end of the rail can touch one end of the position setting part. |
