The invention is a wiring and cabling distribution system and apparatus offering users the flexibility of moving power, data, phone and video to a multiple number of locations where they want when they want. Current products on the market that can be categorized as similar would be power poles or surface mounted raceways; however, these products offer static solutions. The cabling and wiring is routed through two horizontal distribution channel connected by a rotating knuckle and a vertical distribution channel terminating in power and output ports. The applications of the invention can be integrated into the following industries: .cndot. Corporate office: companies seeking to create collaborative, mobile work environments can use the invention to provide power, data, phone and video. .cndot.
