The present invention relates to a system for protecting a pet with real-time bidirectional communications and a method thereof. The system for protecting the pet according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a main terminal and a user terminal. The main terminal controls the operation of an electronic device connected to a wired/wireless network and receives voice and image information from the electronic device, a mounted camera, and a microphone. The user terminal receives and outputs the voice and image information from the main terminal through the wired/wireless network. The user terminal receives a control command inputted by a user and the voice and image information of the user and transmits the control command and the voice and image information to the main terminal. The main terminal outputs the voice and image information of the user, transmitted from the user terminal to the electronic device, a mounted display unit, and a speaker. The system controls the operation of the electronic device or the main terminal according to the control command. When a frequency feature is determined to be in a predetermined state by analyzing the frequency feature of the sound of the pet, the system automatically attempt picture phone connection to the user terminal and outputs user video information on a screen of the electronic device or the display unit. The system also offers a color spectrum video which is changed at a predetermined period to the surroundings of the video information. |
