The present invention relates to a facility using a prefabricated wall body which comprises a floor concrete(10); a plurality of foundation piles(20) installed along the outline of the floor concrete(10); and an exterior wall(30) formed by blocks(32) which are stacked alternately by passing through the foundation piles(20). A long hole(32) through which at least one foundation pile(20) passes is formed in each block(32). Therefore, it is easy to assemble blocks so that the cost needed for the assembly can be reduced.
