The present invention is applicable in the technical field of mobile communications, and provided are a self-adaptive radio-frequency interference cancelling device and method, a receiver and a wireless full-duplex communication system. The device comprises: an amplitude and phase regulation module for regulating the amplitude and phase of a radio-frequency reference signal, and outputting a radio-frequency regulation signal, so as to enable the radio-frequency regulation signal to converge on a self-interference signal in a radio-frequency receiving signal; a subtracter for outputting a radio-frequency residue signal, the radio-frequency residue signal being a difference signal of the radio-frequency receiving signal and the radio-frequency reference signal; and a baseband extraction filtering module for receiving the radio-frequency reference signal and the radio-frequency residue signal output from the subtracter, and extracting a baseband signal, and subjecting the baseband signal to least mean square self-adaptive filtering processing to acquire an amplitude and phase control signal and then outputting same to the amplitude and phase regulation module. The present invention adopts the LMS self-adaptive filtering algorithm, the convergence speed is more rapid, and the estimation result is more accurate. |
