PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-pack curing type epoxy emulsion providing a coating film having satisfactory long-term storage stability and low-temperature curability and excellent water resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided a one-pack curing type epoxy emulsion obtained by dispersing a polyepoxide and a primary and/or secondary amino group-containing compound having a softening point of 50 to 160°C in an aqueous medium. The polyepoxide preferably is an aromatic ring-containing polyepoxide (A1). The primary and/or secondary amino group-containing compound having a softening point of 50 to 160°C preferably is at least one kind selected from the group consisting of an epoxy addition polyamine, a polyamide-polyamine, a polyether polyamine and a cyanoethylated polyamine.
