1. An emulsion comprising an anhydrous solvent-in-oil emulsion comprising:
(a) anhydrous solvent; (b) at least one polylysine; and (c) at least one polar modified polymer selected from the group consisting of:
(1) a low carbon oil-soluble polar modified polymer comprising at least one C2-C4 monomer and modified with at least one hydrophilic unit, and having a weight-average molecular weight of less than or equal to 25 000 g/mol and a melting point above 75° C.;(2) an high carbon oil-soluble polar modified polymer comprising at least one C22-C40 monomer and modified with at least one hydrophilic unit, and having a weight-average molecular weight of less than or equal to 30000 g/mol and a crystallinity of 8% to 60%; and(3) mixtures thereof. |
