摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition which exhibits a slower rate of clearance when injected into a subject, and can be used for the treatment and diagnosis of a wide variety of diseases.SOLUTION: A PEGylated complexe comprises an effector part (A) attaching to a DDD (dimerization/docking domain) sequence and a PEG part (B) attaching to AD (anchor domain) sequence, and the two DDD sequences attach to one AD sequence to form a PEGylated complexe, and the PEGylated complexe further comprises the disulfide bond between the DDD sequence and AD sequence, and the DDD sequence comprises SEQ ID NO: 2, and the effector part is selected from the group consisting of an enzyme, a cytokine, a chemokine, a growth factor, a peptide, an aptamer, a hemoglobin, an antibody, and an antibody fragment.
