PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide glass for a fluorescence glass dosimeter which can cope with a severe environment with a high dose rate of 0.1Gy/h or higher, high temperature of 200°C or higher, and high humidity near 100% in a radioactive debris storage space and a nuclear power plant facility such as the Fukushima No.1 Nuclear Power Plant, a radiation handling facility and a contaminated water processing facility thereof.SOLUTION: The glass for a fluorescence glass dosimeter (10) is Na-Ca glass composed of sodium metaphosphate and calcium metaphosphate, with silver added. This glass for a fluorescence glass dosimeter (10) is used for a fluorescence glass dosimeter. |
