PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white curable resin composition having a high reflectance, and in which the reduction of the reflectance and coloring caused by deterioration with the lapse of time are suppressed, a printed circuit board mounted with a light emitting device such as an LED and a white curable resin composition capable of efficiently utilizing the light of an LED or the like when being used to a reflection board for a light emitting device.SOLUTION: Provided is a white curable resin composition for a printed circuit board mounted with a light emitting device comprising: (A) rutile-type titanium oxide produced by a chlorine method; and (B-1) a thermosetting resin.
