PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehumidifier capable of continuous driving and an air cleaner using the humidifier.SOLUTION: A dehumidifier includes a cylindrical member 40 at least an inner circumferential surface 40g of which is generally cylindrical; an inlet 40b of untreated air P'; and an outlet 41a of treated air D, separates the untreated air P' into the treated air D and liquid E by revolving the untreated air P' around the inner circumferential surface 40g of the cylindrical member 40, and feeds out the treated air D from the outlet 41a to an outside of the cylindrical member 40. An outlet 20 for discharging a part of the revolving liquid E to the outside by a centrifugal force of the liquid E is provided on a circumferential wall of the cylindrical member 40.
