A monolithic capacitor can obtain a high degree of freedom of circuit design and reduce acoustic noise. The monolithic capacitor comprises: a laminate (10) having a rectangular parallelepiped shape with six surfaces formed by laminating a plurality of dielectric layers and comprising a first surface as a mounting surface, a second surface facing the first surface, third and fourth surfaces intersecting the first and second surfaces to be opposite to each other, and fifth and sixth surfaces intersecting the fourth surface on the first surface to be opposite to each other; a plurality of condenser electrodes (11, 12) having capacity portions (11a, 12a) opposite to each other with the dielectric layer interposed therebetween inside the laminate (10) and withdrawal portions (11b, 12b) withdrawing to at least one surface of the laminate (10) from the capacity portions (11a, 12a); and a first external electrode (15) and a second external electrode (16) arranged on at least one surface of the laminate (10) and connected to the withdrawal portions (11b, 12b), respectively, wherein when a gap dimension between the first surface and the capacity portions (11a, 12a) is defined as G1 and a gap dimension between the second surface and the capacity portions (11a, 12a) is defined as G2, G1 is greater than the G2. |
