PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glittering ink composition for a ball-point pen and a ball-point pen having it built-in which can form handwriting of desired color on paper and can prevent abrasion of a ball receiving seat by rotation of a ball over a long term even if water color ink using glittering tabular pigment having high brightness is built in the ball-point pen.SOLUTION: A glittering ink composition for a ball-point pen contains microcapsule particles containing dispersion elements where tabular pigment, water and coloring agent are dispersed in a solvent, and the particle size ratio (B/A) of the tabular pigment (average particle diameter is A) and the microcapsule particles (average particle diameter is B) is 0.02-0.8 and a ball-point pen having the glittering ink composition for ball-point pen built-in. |
