PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration isolation device which has a sliding body constituted of two or more divided bodies, and can secure the smooth movement of an upper shoe without causing such a problem that the movement of the upper shoe to a lower shoe is limited due to the generation of a power distribution at the sliding body even if the sliding body cannot move to the lower shoe.SOLUTION: A vibration isolation device 10 is constituted of an upper shoe 1 and a lower shoe 2 having sliding faces 1a, 2a having curvatures, and a columnar sliding body 6 having an upper face 4b and a lower face 3b which contact the respective shoes 1, 2 between the sliding faces and have the same curvatures. The sliding body 6 is constituted of upper and lower two divided bodies 4, 3; the two divided bodies 4, 3 face-contact with each other while having inclined faces 4a, 3a; recessed grooves 4a1, 3a1 are formed at positions of axial cores L of the inclined faces 4a, 3a; and a turning shaft body 5 is accommodated in a space K defined by both the recessed grooves 4a1, 3a1. |
