<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively attenuate the vibration of a blade, and to suppress a cost increase, in a moving blade and a rotating machine.SOLUTION: Base ends of blade parts 23 are supported to a rotor 12, shrouds 24 are fixed to tips of the blade parts 23, and a plurality of the blade parts are aligned in the circumferential direction of the rotor 12. By this, the shrouds 24 are constituted so as to contact with and assembled to one another so that the shrouds 24 form an annular shape. A turning part which contacts with an adjacent stub and is turnable while having an axial line along a direction intersecting with the longitudinal direction of the blade parts 23 is arranged at the stub (connecting part) existing in an intermediate part of the longitudinal direction in the blade parts 23.</p> |
