Embodiments of the present invention provide a printed circuit board antenna and a printed circuit board. The printed circuit board antenna of the present invention comprises: a feeding part, provided with at least one first branch; a coupling interdigital part, provided with at least one second branch, a gap being formed between the first branch and the second branch; and a grounding part, a gap being formed between the grounding part and the feeding part, a gap being formed between the grounding part and the coupling interdigital part, the grounding part being provided with an opening, and a feeding point of the feeding part stretching out from the opening. The embodiments of the present invention solve a problem that efficiency is low when high-frequency bandwidth of an antenna is large, and achieve the effect that all efficiency in the entire bandwidth range satisfies product requirements.
