A method for phase early diagnostics of endometriosis is realized by phase mapping of samples of human biological fluid. To evaluate the changes of coordinate structure of phase images, radiation of human peritoneal fluid with parallel beam of helium-neon laser with circular polarization, with wavelength 0.6328 µm, is carried out. Polarization images of the layers of peritoneal fluid are projected by means of micro-objective to the plane of the light-sensitive platform of CCD-camera through quarter-wave plate. After that the massif of coordinate distribution of intensity of biological object image for each pixel is determined, by that the conclusion on distribution of phases in the image of human peritoneal fluid is made, with diagnosing presence of endometriosis. |
