The present invention relates to an integrated insulator of an automotive exhaust pipe and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method comprises: a glass wool forming step of impregnating an internal glass wool layer and an external glass wool layer with binder, stacking the internal and external glass wool layers, and integrating the internal and external glass wool layers by heating the internal and external glass wool layers at a predetermined temperature while primarily press forming the internal and external glass wool layers into a shape matching one side half of an outer peripheral surface of an exhaust pipe or the other side half thereof so as to have a semicircular cross section; an external cover attaching step of spreading adhesive over an outer peripheral surface of the external glass wool layer, putting an external cover made of a metal sheet material on top of the external glass wool layer, and integrating the internal and external glass wool layers with the external cover by heating the internal and external glass wool layers and the external cover at a predetermined temperature while secondarily press forming the internal and external glass wool layers and the external cover into a shape matching one side half of the outer peripheral surface of the exhaust pipe or the other side half thereof so as to have a semicircular cross section; and an external cover trimming step of cut forming ends of the external cover, which are not attached to the external glass wool layer to protrude to the outside by the secondary press forming, wherein one side of an insulator formed to match one side half of the outer peripheral surface of the exhaust pipe is cut such that both ends of the external cover extend to a predetermined length from ends of the external glass wool layer to form welding extension portions, wherein the other side of the insulator formed to match the other side half of the outer peripheral surface of the exhaust pipe is cut such that both ends of the external cover correspond to the ends of the external glass wool layer.
