The device (1) has a supply area on which goods (6) are provided, and a rack (2) with storage areas (4, 12) for storing the goods. A rack control device (8) is provided for racking the supply area and the storage areas. The rack control device has a holding device i.e. gripping device, for holding goods. A cleaning or preparation device automated by a controller is provided for cleaning the storage areas, goods or the commissioning device. The cleaning device comprises a cleaning unit (10) i.e. electrostatic duster, which is fixed to the gripping device. The pharmaceutical box is detected by reading a radio frequency identification unit. INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for operating a commissioning device. |
