PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell cultivation container, cell cultivation tool, and cell cultivation method capable of efficiently performing expanded cultivation with an easy operation.SOLUTION: A cell cultivation container 10 comprises: a first container wall 11 and a second container wall 12 forming a closed space 14 therein by sealing periphery thereof with sealing seal 15; a port 16 capable of communicating the closed space 14 and the outside; a plurality of cultivation rooms 21 formed by recessing the first container wall 11 so that the first container wall 11 is separated from the second container wall 12; a partition part 22 arranged between each of the cultivation rooms 21, 21; a communicating part 23 which is formed at a gap between the top part of the partition part 22 and a part facing to the second container wall 22 and communicates the adjacent cultivation rooms 21, 21.
