The method involves arranging several roller stations (3a-3f) in a channel folding machine (4). A sealant (5) is injected into the forming rebate (2). The sealant is injected in the form of a been called acrylate into the forming rebate. The sealants between the first and second roller stations (3a,3b), and between the second and third roller stations (3b,3c) are injected into the rebate. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) air duct; and (2) channel folding machine.
