PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical waveguide in which an optical loss in optical path conversion is suppressed, an optical waveguide member suitable for efficiently manufacturing the above optical waveguide, a method for manufacturing an optical waveguide by which the above optical waveguide can be efficiently manufactured, and electronic equipment having high reliability, which includes the above optical waveguide.SOLUTION: An optical waveguide member 1000 includes a laminate comprising a support film 2, a clad layer 11, a core layer 13 where a core 14 is formed, a clad layer 12 and a cover film 3, laminated in this order, and a missing part 171 formed to penetrate the clad layer 12 and the cover film 3. The core layer 13 is exposed in the missing part 171 of the optical waveguide member 1000. By pressing a molding die 5 to the exposed part, a recessed part 170 is formed, and a mirror 17 comprising an inner wall surface of the recessed part 170 is formed. The mirror 17 functions as an optical path conversion part for converting an optical path in the core 14. |
