PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide multilayer polymer light-emitting diodes (PLEDs) emitting white light with enhanced efficiency and facilitated fabrication.SOLUTION: An organic polymer-based multilayer organic device comprises layers in the following stacking order: a low work function electrode; an organic polymer-based electron injection/transport layer; an emissive layer comprising a plurality of fluorescent semiconducting organic polymers, which are conjugated polymers, and at least one phosphorescent emitter; an organic polymer-based hole transport layer; and a high work function electrode.
