PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold water circulation system capable of suppressing power consumption of the entire system.SOLUTION: A cold circulation system includes: a heat source 10 cooling cold water to a predetermined temperature; an AHU 20 cooling air with the cold water; a pump 33 feeding the cold water to the AHU 10; an outdoor temperature measuring unit 16 measuring an outdoor temperature; a heat source control unit 15 controlling the predetermined temperature; a pump control unit 38 controlling an operation frequency; and a general control unit 41 that includes a change unit changing a setting of at least either the predetermined temperature or the operation frequency, a storage unit storing overall power consumption and the outdoor temperature at a time of changing the setting while associating the overall power consumption with the outdoor temperature, and a determination unit determining whether the overall power consumption decreases if the setting is changed on the basis of the stored association, selecting similar setting change if the overall power consumption decreases, and selecting opposite setting change if the overall power consumption increase. |
