CULTURE OBSERVATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culture observation system capable of realizing pertinent observation of culture as an observation target with microscope.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus comprises a table held in a manner where culture as an imaging target is stored in a translucent container. The imaging apparatus also comprises: a built-in heater which heating a cultivation room; a stage heater heating a table; a built-in temperature sensor detecting temperature of the cultivation room; and a stage temperature sensor detecting temperature of the table. Control means: controls temperature of the cultivation room by independently controlling built-in heater from the stage heater on the basis of the built-in temperature sensor; and controls temperature of the table at a temperature or less than that of the cultivation room on the basis of the built-in temperature sensor and the stage temperature sensor.
