摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems in which: in an electric dust collector and a flying organism removal device, a conductive base material to which a high voltage is applied is covered with insulating resin to prevent arc discharge, but electric charges accumulate on the surface of an electrode and dust collecting capability and capturing capability deteriorate after a long time use; and as a conductor electrode is configured by metal, weight increases in a large-sized product, and it requires a large amount of labor in installation and transportation.SOLUTION: An electrode can be provided which does not generate arc discharge, in which electric charges do not accumulate on the surface of the electrode and in which capturing performance does not deteriorate after a long time use by covering at least one of conductive base materials with a semiconductive layer in which surface resistivity is 10-10Ω/sq., and volume resistivity is 10-10Ωcm. Also, as a structure for the conductive base material, weight reduction can be achieved while keeping a power feeding property equivalent to that of metal by performing metal plating processing on the surface such as a resin molding product and the like.
