PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power management system capable of performing centralized management of power for a plurality of medical devices to reduce power supply facilities.SOLUTION: A power management system managing a usage power amount of a plurality of medical devices comprises: an information acquisition part for acquiring information on each usage plan from the plurality of medical devices; a prediction part for predicting a total power amount of to-be-operated medical devices on the basis of the plan information; a management part which permits the usage of the to-be-operated medical devices if a total power amount at the time when the medical devices during operation and the to-be-operated medical devices is in a preset allowable power amount, and instructs the to-be-operated medical devices to review the usage plan if the total power amount is larger than the allowable power amount, on the basis of the prediction result by the prediction part; and a notification part for notifying the plurality of medical devices of the instruction from the management part.
