PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electroacoustic transducer and a method for manufacturing the same, which can prevent an excessive adhesive from overflowing from an edge portion of the outer periphery of a diaphragm into a vibration operation portion of the diaphragm, and set the stiffness of the diaphragm, in compliance with expectations without dispersion. SOLUTION: An edge portion 205 on the outer periphery of the diaphragm 20 is fixed by bonding on a frame 10. The frame 10 has an adhesive inclined surface 103 for bonding an edge portion 205 of the outer periphery of the diaphragm 20; the edge portion 205 of the diaphragm 20 has an inclination angle smaller than the inclination angle of the bonding inclined surface 103 of the frame 10; and a gap 104 between the edge portion 205 of the diaphragm 20 and the bonding inclined surface 103 of the frame 10 is filled with an adhesive 30.
